At JoeTourist, we are committed
to making your shopping experience a convenient and enjoyable one.

Once you have submitted your online order, this is how
we will fill your order:

You will receive a confirmation e-mail acknowledging that your order has
been received.

This email will include your sales invoice
(in Adobe Acrobat format - pdf) and a link to a secure
payment website which will accept your credit card payment.

Should your order
involve any items to be shipped, your invoice will include exact shipping
charges. You selected the level of service when you place your order.

If you live in Canada, 7%
GST will be added to your invoice. If you live in British Columbia,
you will also have 7.5% PST added to your invoice (in addition to GST). Those of you who live
outside of Canada will not be charged GST or PST.

Once you pay your invoice online, you will receive a second e-mail
notification when your order is shipped. If you selected Expedited Post, we will include a tracking number, which allows you to find out
where your package is in the delivery system.

To check the status of your order at
any time before it is shipped, simply reply to the first email notification.
After your order has been shipped, please use the postal or courier tracking system.
Estimated cost in
CDN$ (based on a small order) and estimated delivery times. Trans-border
shipments may be subject to delays due to customs clearance and security procedures.

charges will be clearly stated on your emailed invoice. If you
prefer to change your shipping method after you receive your invoice, send
us return email stating your wishes and we will send you a revised invoice. |

We
can fill orders made from anywhere in the world (with a few
exceptions). |

All
shipments are delivered by Canada Post and your local postal authority. We will try to find
the most economical delivery method possible for the shipping method you
selected when you placed your order. |

No
product will be shipped until the invoice is paid in full. |
 | Please be aware that
the products you ordered are being shipped from Canada. When goods
cross international borders, they may be subject to additional taxes and/or
duty. These charges are not included in our invoice to you. We
will fill out any required export documentation, however import
documentation and any applicable import taxes and duty is your responsibility. |
 | If you happen to live
in the Greater Victoria area, you can save yourself all shipping charges if
you prefer to pick up your order in person. Indicate this in the
Shipping Instructions field on the order form. |

All prices listed are in
Canadian dollars. Your credit card company will
convert our CDN$ order amount to your local currency when the charge appears on your credit
card statement. Should you be using a US-based credit card for payment,
please be advised that US$1.00 is approximately equivalent to CDN$0.65
(sixty five cents), so a
CDN$10.00 item will cost approximately US$6.50. Please note: each credit card
company will apply their own conversion rate for CDN$. |

Payment
is preferred using a credit card through
PayPal. We accept
Visa and MasterCard. |

By clicking on the payment link
in your order confirmation email, you will be taken to a secure credit card payment website. |
 | Payment by check, bank
draft or money order (payable to JoeTourist InfoSystems) is also
acceptable. Please be advised that payment by check will slow
delivery of your order. Payment in Canadian Dollars is
preferred. Payment in US$ is also acceptable - please email us, and we
will quote you a converted total for your invoice in US$. |
 | We do not accept
payment in cash. |

If you are not satisfied with
your purchase, you may return most products within 15 days of purchase. Note that
all returns must be sent back as described below. |

For items such as
clothing and other hard goods, return the item in its original packaging (at
your expense) with all included accessories and a copy of the invoice. All items
must be in new condition. An e-mail will be sent to you within 5 business days
of receiving your returned item confirming receipt, and a refund will be made to
your credit card. Please note that original shipping charges, if any, are
non-refundable. GST and PST taxes (if applicable), are refundable.
Exchange of goods is an option only if you pay shipping charges for both the
returned item and the replacement item. |

Please
contact us to make appropriate
arrangements before
you return any products. A Return Merchandise Authorization number
(RMA) will be issued to you. The RMA# must be prominently displayed on
the return packaging, otherwise your return shipment will be refused. |

Regretfully,
customized goods have no return value, and will not be accepted for return.
Customized goods include: all products where you choose the photo to
be imprinted. |
 |
Products normally
acceptable to be returned include: all standard JoeTourist logo imprinted
products (without a custom photo imprint). |
 |
For purchase of services such as
web hosting or email services, a refund will be issued based on a pro-rated
basis. For example, if you order 12 month's of web hosting services and
use 7 weeks of those services before notifying us to terminate the service, you
will be refunded for 10 out of 12 months. Please note, small portions of
unused service are not refundable (in the example given, the unused portion is
the remaining 1 week out of two month's service). |
No guarantee (express or
implied) is offered on any products or services offered by JoeTourist
InfoSystems. Notwithstanding this waiver, we will usually accept returned goods at our option, in the interest of good customer relations. Please
refer to our Return Policy for details.
 | We do not run our own secure website. We prefer to accept
online credit card payment through a well-trusted, and highly secure payment acceptance website. |
 | When you are ordering items from our online store,
you are not asked for any credit card information - increasing your online purchasing
security. However, our online store will
collect and store your personal contact information that is necessary for order
fulfillment. This information is kept confidential and secure, and is
only used to maintain business contact with you. |
 | Please be advised - we screen diligently for credit card fraud. |
 | Due to high credit card security risk, regretfully, we do not accept orders from:
Romania, Indonesia, Austria, Hungary, Belarus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania,
Slovak Republic, Ukraine, Russia, Yugoslavia, or Macedonia. Further, we will
only accept orders valued at less than CDN$50 from: Phillipines, Thailand,
and Malaysia. |
